Invoices are
used in many businesses in order to collect payment for goods or services.
These invoices come in a variety of shapes and colors but they all have the
same basic principles to them. Each one should contain your business
information and be addressed to the person or business you are trying to
collect from. They should give a detail description of the service you provided
or a listed description of the items they received. It should have a price
point for each service or item as well as a total of what is owed. You can even
detail your terms for payment somewhere in the invoice.
A free invoice template is available and found in many places. While we gather what we
can and create others for you, many of them are found with Dotxes, Google Docs,
OpenOffice and Microsoft Office. While we display many of the invoices that
are found through these sites we are in no way affiliated with them. We just
like to share the wealth of information that is out there, making it convenient
for you to find in one location. Unfortunately this means that due to terms and
restrictions from some of these sites we are unable to provide a link to each free invoice template that you see. So please visit Invoice and template galleries to get your desired invoice template.

An invoice
template might be the best thing for your business as you will be able to
download it quickly and make the changes you need in order for it to fit your
business. You can then print them and use them anytime you need to, saving you
money on expensive forms.
